Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
We strive for your complete satisfaction, however if any print(s) or item(s) you ordered from us at Grumpy Pixels does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us for exchange within 14 days of purchase.
- All items must be returned in the original packaging with any accessories and the packing slip
- We are not able to refund charges on items returned.
How to Return Photo Prints
For all photo print returns, please visit our production facilities. Please return the print(s) or item(s) with all original packaging and accessories (packing slip, boxes, bags, etc). You will receive an exchange order for your return.

Also, you have the option of returning the print(s) or item(s) by mail.
- Please contact us via email or phone to receive an exchange order number.
- Then re-package the print(s) or item(s) in the original packaging, and include a small note with the exchange order number provided to you and the reason for exchange (i.e. damage, quality, media, etc) .
- Once we receive the print(s) or item(s) you will receive an email notification.
- We will produce a new corrected order and re-ship to you.
